Founded 2013

Built on a Belief That Events Should Be Extraordinary

Event Night Experts was founded in Winnipeg in 2013 by event industry veterans who kept watching corporate functions and celebrations fall flat — not for lack of effort, but for lack of engagement. A sit-down dinner, a speech, and a dance floor just isn't enough anymore.

They had seen casino nights transform events in Las Vegas and London, but the prop hire market in Manitoba was thin, expensive, and unreliable. So they built something better: a prop hire company that prioritises hospitality as much as logistics, and quality as much as cost.

Today, Event Night Experts has delivered over 500 events across Manitoba, serving Fortune 500 companies, charities, wedding planners, and private individuals who share one thing in common: they want their guests to leave with a genuine smile.

2013

Founded in Winnipeg

Event Night Experts launches with two poker tables and a single roulette wheel, serving local corporate clients.

2015

Expanded to Full Floor

Added blackjack and craps to the fleet. First large-scale gala — 280 guests, complete casino floor setup.

2018

Manitoba's #1 Provider

Named Winnipeg's top entertainment prop hire company following 100+ five-star client reviews.

2021

Branding Services Launched

Introduced full custom branding packages — branded chips, dealer apparel, and custom felt layouts.

2024
