Welcome to eventnightexperts.com. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website located at eventnightexperts.com (the "Website") and any prop hire, entertainment, or event services provided by Event Night Experts ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), operating from 88 Malmsbury Ave, Winnipeg, MB R2N 2V1, Canada.

By accessing the Website or booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Website or services.

1. Nature of Services

Event Night Experts provides casino-themed prop hire and entertainment services strictly for social and corporate entertainment purposes. No real money, no real wagering, and no actual gambling of any kind takes place at any Event Night Experts event. All chips, tokens, and play money used at our events have zero monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash, prizes, or any item of value.

Our services are classified as entertainment prop hire under Canadian law and do not constitute gambling or gaming as defined by the Criminal Code of Canada or Manitoba's The Alcohol, Gaming and Cannabis Authority Act.

2. Age Restriction

Our Website and services are intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By accessing this Website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. Clients booking our services for events must ensure that all guests interacting with casino-themed entertainment equipment are 18 years of age or older. Event Night Experts reserves the right to refuse service at events where underage guests are present at gaming tables.

3. Booking and Payment

3.1 Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit (25% of the total package value) and our written confirmation. Verbal agreements or email exchanges alone do not constitute a confirmed booking.

3.2 Payment Schedule

The deposit is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due no later than 14 calendar days prior to the event date. For bookings made within 14 days of the event, the full amount is due immediately at the time of booking.

3.3 Accepted Payment Methods

We accept payment by Interac e-Transfer, major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), and corporate cheque. Cheque payments must be received and cleared at least 10 business days before the event date.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

4.1 Client Cancellations

• 30 or more days before the event: The balance payment is refunded in full. The 25% deposit is non-refundable.
• 14–29 days before the event: 50% of the total package price is retained by Event Night Experts. The remainder is refunded.
• Fewer than 14 days before the event: The full package price is non-refundable.

4.2 Rescheduling

Clients may request to reschedule their event to a new date at no additional cost, provided the request is made at least 14 days before the original event date and is subject to availability. Rescheduling requests made within 14 days of the event may incur a rescheduling fee.

4.3 Company Cancellation

In the unlikely event that Event Night Experts must cancel a confirmed booking, clients will receive a full refund of all amounts paid. The Company's liability is limited to the refund of fees paid and does not extend to consequential damages, including venue hire costs or other third-party expenses.

5. Client Responsibilities

As the event organiser, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your event, venue, guest count, and requirements at the time of booking.
• Ensure the venue provides clear, safe access for our team to deliver, set up, and remove all equipment.
• Ensure that a responsible adult is present throughout the event to supervise the use of equipment and manage guest conduct.
• Not permit guests under 18 years of age to use the casino equipment.
• Not permit any real money or real betting to take place at the tables.
• Inform your guests that all play is strictly for entertainment and no real stakes are involved.
• Provide a safe environment for our staff and protect them from harassment or abusive behaviour.

6. Equipment and Property

6.1 Condition of Equipment

All equipment is provided in good working order. Clients are responsible for damage to equipment beyond normal wear and tear occurring during the hire period. The client will be invoiced for the repair or replacement cost of damaged items.

6.2 Lost Items

Event Night Experts is not responsible for personal items lost or left at events. Clients are responsible for securing the venue and managing guest property.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Event Night Experts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or Website, including but not limited to loss of enjoyment, property damage caused by guests, or injuries not caused by the negligence of our staff.

Our total liability to any client under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by that client for the services in question.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website, including text, images, graphics, and design, is the property of Event Night Experts or used under licence. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this Website without prior written consent.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Website or our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Manitoba and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Manitoba.
